The core business here is focused IT services across travel, BFSI, insurance, and digital platforms The management question I keep coming back to is vertical focus execution, large-deal discipline, and margin protection through growth. Are people on this room still underwriting strong execution, or has the risk-reward changed enough that governance, pacing, or client concentration should be treated more seriously now?

Management quality matters, but I would not ignore the failure mode. premium expectations leave little room for execution wobble in travel or BFSI demand. Once the market stops giving the benefit of doubt, recovery takes longer than people expect.
